SCREEN PRINTING

We offer up to six colors of screen printing. There are several options for placement: left chest, full chest, full back, sleeve, pant leg, etc.

Screen printing is a versatile and popular printing technique used to transfer images onto various surfaces. It involves creating a stencil, often on a mesh screen, with areas that allow ink to pass through while blocking others. By pressing ink through the screen onto the desired substrate, such as fabric, paper, or plastic, screen printing produces vibrant and durable prints suitable for apparel, posters, signage, and more.

Embroidery

We do in-house embroidery, where there really is no limit to colors. Caps and apparel are the most common embroidered items but we can also embroider bags and other accessories. As long as we can hoop it for the machine, we can stitch it.

Embroidery is a decorative technique that involves stitching intricate designs such as logos onto fabric using needles and thread. It encompasses various stitching styles, like satin, chain, and cross-stitch, to create patterns, images, and text.

SUBLIMATION

Another option for decoration is sublimation. Custom sublimated apparel and accessories are options for great gifts and events.

Sublimation is a printing process that involves transferring ink onto a substrate using heat and pressure. Specialized sublimation inks are converted into a gas under heat and then bond with the surface of the material, such as fabric or coated ceramics, creating a vibrant, long-lasting, and full-color print. This method is commonly used for creating customized apparel, promotional items, and personalized goods with intricate and photorealistic designs.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Promotional items work well for sublimation as well. If you need signs or a banner for an event, we have several options for both as well as vinyl decals.
